About UnoBuild
UnoBuild is a company build on over 60 years of experience. In 1946 a 16 year old Vincenzo Pellicciotta Sr began work in post-war reconstruction in his Italian town. From 1952 to 1966 he worked in Switzerland, one of the most advanced European countries of its time, to hone his skills in a variety of construction fields.
His son, Lucio Pellicciotta, joined in the family trade at a young age. After years of experience in Italy he came to Australia permanently and has since worked in a variety of commercial and domestic jobs.
Today, UnoBuild is the product of all these years of experience. We are registered, fully insured company dedicated to providing abroad Range of Services to the building industry. We specialise in home extensions, alteration and new homes. We also offer services such as project management for owner builders; sub-contracting work like underpinning, structure work, framing, concrete repairs, waterproofing, maintenance, assessment and rectification and prevention of building-related issues.
